donation and cancellation Policies
Deposits
A deposit of 15% of the total donation, payable in Amazon.ca gift cards, can be sent to canada@delilahsansregret.com.
Unless expressly requested, a deposit is not required to book an appointment; it is, however, required to lock in the appointment. If a deposit is not paid, I retain the right to cancel the appointment in order to take other bookings where a deposit is provided.
Deposits are non-refundable, however in cases where a date is rescheduled with 48 hours notice, the deposit may be applied to the new date. This is only valid for one rescheduling.
If I have to cancel an appointment and there is no opportunity to reschedule it, the refund will be made via Amazon.ca gift card.
Lateness
If you are late, I cannot guarantee the full length of the original appointment.
If you are 15 minutes late and fail to notify me, I will consider the appointment a no call/no show.
Cancellations
I understand that life is chaotic and things do come up. However, my time is valuable and I would only like to meet with individuals who respect this. Thus:
If you cancel within less than 24 hours of our agreed upon time, the fee is 25% of the donation of the cancelled session.
If you cancel within less than 12 hours of our agreed upon time, the fee is 50% of the donation of the cancelled session.
If you do not show up to our appointment and fail to provide me with any notice, I will require a fee of 100% of the donation of the cancelled appointment.
Cancellation fees must be settled before any new appointments can be scheduled.
